As a host I love picking out the perfect party dress (and hat!) and I always encourage my guests to dress up as well. Let’s be real, the Derby is all about the hats and fascinators (a formal headpiece alternative to the hat, usually with a large decorative design and attached to a band or clip). Encourage your guests to wear bright dresses, printed ensembles, colorful or pastel suits, and Derby accessories!"
